Shipping Policies

1. Delivery:

  • Deliveries are made throughout the week, except on national holidays, using third-party service providers appointed by Books of Bengal.
  • For Indian books or in-stock Bangladeshi books, we will take 3-7 days to ship the Books. For pre-order Bangladeshi books, we will take 4-6 weeks to ship the Books.
  • We make every effort to ensure that you receive your product within the specified time frame. However, if you do not receive your package within the expected delivery time, kindly contact our customer service with the order reference number for the corresponding order.

2. Ownership and Liability:

  • Once you sign for the delivered product, our responsibility for the order ends, and the ownership of the product transfers to you.
  • Books of Bengal will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or breakage that occurs after the completion of delivery.

3. Authorized Recipient:

  • If you are not available at the time of delivery, Books of Bengal will assume that any adult present at the provided address is authorized to accept the order on your behalf.
  • If it is not possible to deliver the product or no one is available at the time of delivery, we will not leave the package and will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time.

4. Delivery Location:

Please note that our delivery personnel will deliver your products only to your front door. We will not enter your premises or deliver to specific rooms within your property.
